Back from Sheffield with a horde of medals 16 Gold 16 Silver and 11 Bronze

We all had a fantastic week with great results and more importantly the athletes had a wonderful week. They all did themselves the club and their region proud and had a great time. Making new friends and renewing old friendships growing in self confidence and self worth.

They were complemented on their sportsmanship, respect for other athletes and their great sense of fun and good humour . All at the club are very proud of their fabulous achievement.

The dedicated volunteers and coaches at SOPD have made all this possible because without their selfless support and encouragement these athletes would have not been able to accomplish this high standards.
